Description of Works: Phased alteration and fit-out works to part of an operational community building to provide local authority office facilities and a public library.

• Structural alterations
• Partition walls

• Mechanical and electrical works including strip-out, alterations and provision of heating, ventilation, power, lighting, data comms, CCTV, access control and alarm systems
• Installation of platform lift
• Wall finishes including plasterboard and cladding panels
• Floor finishes including carpet tiles and linoleum
• Suspended ceilings
• Painterwork
• Fixtures and fittings including kitchen and blinds
• External works included paving and the provision of a cycle rack
