Description of Works: Alteration and fit-out works to part of an operational stadium building to provide a replacement indoor running track and upgraded changing accommodation.

Works included:

• downtakings and strip-out works
• internal doors and frames
• mechanical and electrical works including strip-out, alterations and provision of power, lighting and alarm systems
• toilet and shower facilities
• wall finishes including plasterboard and wall panelling
• floor finishes including tiling and vinyl
• suspended and plasterboard ceilings
• painterwork
• fixtures and fittings including toilet/ shower/changing cubicles, lockers, vanity units and bench seating
• 1470m² contractor designed indoor running track, with associated remedial works, to meet IAAF/UKA performance criteria
