Description of Works: Procured via the NHS National Services Scotland Minor Works Framework this project was for alteration and refurbishment works to a ward within an operational hospital.

The refurbished ward provides a secure lobby, staff base with reception, 3 no. 4-bed bays with wet (shower) rooms, a dementia café, side rooms with toilet/shower facilities, day room, treatment rooms and ancillary facilities.

• Downtakings/strip-out
• Blockwork partition walls
• Fire stopping
• Ceilings including suspended ceilings with anti microbial and acoustic tiles and plasterboard ceilings
• Glazed screens
• New internal doors including anti barricade and anti ligature doorsets
• Radiator casings
• Mechanical and electrical alterations/ installations including power, lighting, IPS panels, nurse call system, access control, fire alarm
• New kitchen and servery
• New shower and toilet facilities
• Altro whiterock wet wall cladding
• Altro vinyl flooring
• Painterwork
