John is a Chartered Builder with an Honours Degree in Building Economics and Quantity Surveying and over 25 years’ experience in the industry. He leads the Maxi Team toward his vision of being ‘The Contractor of Choice within our market sector’. With a relaxed, hands on approach and mentoring style of management he has the ability to maintain personal contact with the Client and Project Team from tender stage to handover on the majority of contracts.

Barry Simpson
Construction Director
Barry has an Honours Degree in Building, IOSH Managing Safely in Construction and over 25 years’ experience in the industry. With responsibility for the successful delivery of all contracts, Barry constantly reviews procedures to drive continuous improvement. He adopts a ‘hands-on’ approach to all projects with specific attention where required to facilitate delivery of key projects.
