John joined Maxi Construction in 2005 and was appointed to the position of MD in 2006. As a Chartered Builder with over 25 years’ experience in the industry he leads the Maxi Team towards his vision of being ‘The Contractor of Choice within our market sector’.
Barry joined Maxi Construction in 2007 as Construction Director. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry and responsibility for the successful delivery of all contracts, Barry constantly reviews procedures to drive continuous improvement.
Claire joined Maxi Construction in 2007. With over 25 years’ experience in marketing within the construction industry and responsibility for business development, marketing and bid management, Claire plays a pivotal role in securing tender and contract opportunities for the company.
Tom joined Maxi Construction in 2018 as Framework Manager. With over 30 years’ experience of commercial management in the construction industry, inclusive of 15 years at a senior level, Tom has experience of leading design teams, from establishing a project brief through to project completion, allocating roles and responsibilities, driving value for money and employing specialist advisers when necessary.
Brian joined Maxi Construction in 2007 as a Site Engineer and was promoted to Site Manager in 2009, Project Manager in 2016 and then Contracts Manager in 2018. As Project Manager, Brian managed the reconstruction of the Botanic Cottage and redevelopment of the 17th century Panmure House. As Contracts Manager, Brian has overseen the delivery of numerous community and education projects including the Clackmannanshire Primary School and Early Years bundle.
Brian joined Maxi Construction in 2018 as Contracts Manager. During his time at Maxi, Brian has overseen the delivery of projects in operational school environments including numerous extension and refurbishment projects for The City of Edinburgh Council.
Stewart joined Maxi Construction in 2020 as Commercial Manager. With responsibility for the overall commercial management of projects, he provides support to the Contract Surveyors. Stewart has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and has developed numerous skills and areas of expertise having worked on a variety of traditional, bespoke and design & build projects
Jackson joined Maxi Construction in 2008 as Estimator and was promoted to Senior Estimator in 2017. With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Jackson is responsible for ensuring that our tenders are comprehensive, compliant and provide best value for our Clients.
Lisa joined Maxi Construction in 2014 as Marketing Assistant and was promoted to Business Support Coordinator in 2019 and Compliance Manager in 2023. Lisa ensures that the business, its employees and its projects comply with all relevant regulations, standards, contractual requirements etc.
