Description of Works: Refurbishment, alteration and fit-out works to an existing office building to provide 450m² of upgraded local authority office facilities.

Works included:

• Partition walls
• Internal doors
• Plasterboard walls and repairs to existing walls
• Repairs to existing ceilings including new ceiling tiles and acoustic barrier
• Mechanical and electrical installations including power, lighting, data, alarm systems, heating, fire rated kitchen ductwork and ventilation
• Floor finishes including carpet tiles and vinyl
• Painterwork
• Fixtures and fittings included bespoke reception desk and curved servery unit, tea prep areas, toilets and shower
• External works included a new drainage connection and cycle stands
