• Mechanical and electrical installations including power, lighting, data, alarm systems, heating, fire rated kitchen ductwork and ventilation
• Floor finishes including carpet tiles and vinyl
• Painterwork
• Fixtures and fittings included bespoke reception desk and curved servery unit, tea prep areas, toilets and shower
• External works included a new drainage connection and cycle stands
