Bellshill Redevelopment Work Complete
Work on the design and construction of a new 12,000ft² steel framed warehouse and office for Maxi Haulage at Bellshill is complete. The new building provides warehousing, office space, mess, welfare accommodation and meeting rooms.
The works also included replacement insulation, cladding and roller shutter doors to an existing warehouse within the operational haulage depot and external refurbishment works including increased secure parking, concrete hardstanding and refurbishment and calibration of the weighbridge.
The redeveloped Bellshill depot now provides 22,000ft2 of warehousing and office accommodation.
