Contract award for St Catherine’s Retail Park Phase 4

Following on from the successful completion of previous phases of work, Maxi Construction has been awarded the design and build contract from Episo Boxes GP Ltd for Phase 4 of the redevelopment of St Catherine’s Retail Park in Perth.

Thursday 24th August marked a significant milestone for Craigsfarm Community Development Project (CFCDP) with a Topping Out Ceremony to celebrate the milestone of the last beam being in place on Craigsfarm’s new modern community hub.
