2016 Civic Trust Award
We are delighted that Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop (ESW) was presented with a 2016 Civic Trust Award at the 57th Annual Awards ceremony in London.
The Creative Labs facility was constructed of cast insitu concrete, of which a sizable proportion is visual grade concrete, and features a 23m high triangular tower. The building provides a range of accommodation and uses including internal studio spaces, sculpture bays, project spaces, café with roof terrace and an external courtyard for undertaking works and events.
The arts facility was also shortlisted for an RIAS award in 2015.
