Redevelopment work nearing completion at Bellshill

Construction work on the 12,000 ft² steel frame warehouse for Maxi Haulage at Bellshill is nearing completion.  The new building will provide office space, mess, welfare and meeting rooms.

Internal finishes to the new office area are underway with doors, facings and ironmongery currently being installed. Taping and decoration is ongoing and electrics and plumbing are advancing well. The next major tasks will be suspended ceilings with floor finishes following. The warehouse area is substantially complete with lighting and security works progressing.

Externally there is tarmac to complete at the car park and a new external slab to be poured at the warehouse entrance doors.  There are also works planned to the existing warehouse including refurbishment of the cladding and the installation of new roller shutter doors and escape doors.
