Maxi Construction supports Mental Health Awareness Week
Maxi Construction has made a significant investment in proactively supporting its employees Mental Health with Managing Director, John Aitchison, and Construction Director, Barry Simpson becoming certified Mental Health First Aiders and Mental Health Awareness training rolled out to all employees.
Mental health problems can affect anyone and we realise that during the coronavirus outbreak, with added financial pressures, stress, and anxiety it’s vital to promote conversations around mental health.
Mental Health Awareness Week, hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, will take place from 18th-24th May 2020. Each year the Mental Health Foundation raise awareness of particular topics and during these unprecedented times, one thing that has prevailed all over the world is kindness.
From Monday 18th May, Maxi Construction will be carrying out and reflecting on acts of kindness.
