Maxi Construction secures a place on SPA’s Public Buildings & Infrastructure (PB3) Framework

Livingston based contractor Maxi Construction has secured a place on the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA)’s Public Buildings & Infrastructure (PB3) Framework.

Appointed to Workstream 1 for new build works up to £2m, the 4-year framework is available to all local authorities, housing associations and other public sector bodies for the procurement of construction works.

Maxi Construction’s MD, John Aitchison, commented “Our appointment to the SPA’s Public Buildings & Infrastructure (PB3) Framework confirms Maxi’s position as a key provider of public sector construction works in Scotland.  We look forward to delivering community, education and healthcare buildings for new and existing public sector clients.”
