Description of Works: Phased refurbishment, reconfiguration and fit-out works to an operational veterinary practice to provide a reception area, consulting rooms, office and staff room, theatre, x-ray room, pharmacy, cat ward and kennels.

Works included:

• Internal wall alterations to form new layout
• Formation of a new entrance area
• Install new sanitaryware, fixed furniture and wash areas with associated plumbing and drainage
• Finishes including decoration, ceilings, flooring, whiterock and new internal doors
• Mechanical and electrical alterations and new installations
• Replacing existing attic stair with loft hatch ladder
• External works included painterwork, a new drainage connection and cycle stands
