Description of Works: Construction of an 85m² timber frame extension together with refurbishment/re-modelling works to part of an operational primary school to form nursery accommodation.

• Internal wall alterations to form new layout
• Plasterboard and suspended ceilings

• Mechanical and electrical works included new gas supply to the extension, heating including underfloor heating and radiators, ventilation, power, lighting, data, security and alarm systems, pv panels
• Vinyl flooring
• Hygienic wall cladding
• Painterwork
• Fixtures and fittings including kitchen, toilets, shelving, cloak room furniture and blinds
• External works included hard and soft landscaping including paving, pre-cast concrete steps, fencing and grass
