Works included:
- roof repairs or over cladding to existing roofs
- temporary hoardings
- demolition works
- removal of concrete floor slab and installation of new concrete slab
- new modern replacement façade (curtain walling, windows and doors) including all associated steel work to support the cladding
- signage canopies
- new automatic sliding doors
- remodelling retail units including brick and blockwork to suit new layouts
- fire stopping works between retail units
- external slab replacement to pedestrian walkways
