Summary: Design and construction of new sports pavilion
Description of Works: Design and construction of a new sports pavilion together with the demolition of the existing pavilion and associated hard and soft landscaping.
The pavilion provides 2 changing areas with showers and toilets, club room with kitchen facilities, storage areas and a medical room.
Works included:

- concrete floor slab
- timber frame
- timber and rainscreen cladding
- partition walls
- doors, windows and curtain walling
- M&E works including power, lighting, heating, ventilation and alarm systems
- floor finishes including vinyl and carpet
- painterwork
- fixtures and fittings including kitchen and bench seating
