Description of Works: Procured via the Department for Work and Pensions Fit Out, Refurbishment, Minor Works Framework this project was for phased design and refurbishment works to an operational job centre to provide 2897m² of upgraded office accommodation across 3 floors.

Works included:

• Formation of internal temporary screens
• Downtakings
• Repairs to suspended ceilings
• Fixtures and fittings including tea prep areas with zip taps, toilets with IPS, kitchen, furniture and blinds
• Mechanical and electrical works including lighting, power and drainage
• Floor finishes including carpet and vinyl and stairwell treads, risers and nosings
• Painterwork to walls, window sills, doors and skirtings
