The SFT hub programme is a public and private sector partnership with the aim of delivering new community facilities across Scotland.

Maxi Construction is an approved Tier 1/Primary Contractor for several hubCos including:

hub East Central Scotland
hub West Scotland
hub South West Scotland

We are also a Tier 2 contractor for hub South East Scotland.

hub East Central Scotland
We are currently delivering the Primary School & Early Years Bundle project for Clackmannanshire Council. The £6.2m project consists of design & build alteration, extension and new build works to a number of operational primary schools within Clackmannanshire over a 2-year period.

hub West Scotland
Via hub West Scotland we delivered a project for Clyde Gateway for design and build alteration and extension works to the Grade B listed former Bridgeton Library to form a new home for the Glasgow Women’s Library

Working as a Tier 2 contractor to Galliford Try we have successfully delivered a number of projects including:

Rising Rolls Schools – Classroom Blocks
£2.3m project for the construction of 3 new 2-storey classroom blocks providing additional floorspace of 1250m² within 3 operational Edinburgh Primary Schools. The 3 buildings were delivered concurrently within a 20-week period.
