Maxi Construction secured a place on Scotland Excel’s Property Maintenance and Refurbishment Framework in June 2023.

Appointed to Lot 15 Multi Trades, the 2-year framework, with the option to extend for a further 2 years, is available to all local authorities, housing associations, Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC Ltd), Scottish Prison Service (SPS), Scottish National Health Service Authorities and Trusts and other public sector bodies for the procurement of maintenance and refurbishment works.

The framework went live on 16 June 2023 and Maxi Construction is appointed to geographical regions covering central and southern Scotland.
