Summary: Phased local authority office refurbishment.

Council Depot Livingston

Location: Livingston

Summary: External and internal alterations, extension and fit out of a former manufacturing facility to provide depot accommodation for local authority Departments including Building Services, Archives, Records Management and Museums and a Community Inclusion workshop.

High Street Edinburgh

Location: Edinburgh

Summary: Strip-out and re-fit of office space within an occupied office building in Edinburgh City Centre.
