Summary: Phased RAAC roof replacement works, together with some internal refurbishment works, to an operational primary school

Description of Works: Phased RAAC roof replacement works, together with some internal refurbishment works, to an operational primary school.

Works included:

Formation of temporary car park
Strip off and remove existing roof coverings/insulation
Asbestos removal
Strip out and remove existing ceiling finishes
Deconstruct and remove existing RAAC roof deck
Supply and install new roof structure and apply new Bauder roof covering (approx. 460m²)
Install new ceiling finishes and redecorate associated areas
Install new plumbing, mechanical and electrical services
Removal and reinstatement of structural data cabling and associated containment as necessary
Strip out and installation of new kitchen including M&E services, equipment, flooring and hygienic wall cladding
