Works included:

• Groundworks including excavating and filling
• Utilities connections
• Concrete floor slab
• Timber kit construction
• Facing brick and render external walls with areas of rainscreen and larch cladding and curtain walling
• Fibre cement slate roofs
• Doors and windows including roof windows and internal fire door system
• Internal partition walls
• Glazed wood screens
• Suspended ceilings
• Mechanical and electrical installations including power, lighting, data, access control, CCTV and alarm systems, platform lift, air source heat pumps, sprinkler system, ventilation and Building Management System
• Floor finishes included hardwood flooring and vinyl
• Fixtures and fittings included kitchen areas, bathrooms with showers and toilet facilities
• External works included hard and soft landscaping, car park, fencing and cycle stands
