• Window repairs including new glazing panels
• Masonry repairs
• Plaster repairs
• Internal doors
• Mechanical and electrical installations including power, lighting, data, alarm systems, CCTV, access control, heating and ventilation
• Floor finishes including carpet tiles and vinyl
• Painterwork—internal and external
• Fixtures and fittings included bespoke reception desk and tea prep areas
