Summary: Phased alterations, reconfiguration and fit-out to part of an operational multi-occupant building to provide office accommodation
Description of Works: This project was delivered with hub East Central Scotland Limited and involved phased alterations and reconfiguration works to part of an operational multi-occupant building (NHS, Falkirk Council) to form an information hub providing office accommodation.
Works included:
- Demolition and downtakings
- Partition walls
- M&E installations
- Formation of new toilet facilities
- Alterations to the main entrance to form a new reception and waiting area
- Suspended ceilings
- Glazed screens and doors
- Flooring
- Painterwork
- Fixtures and fittings including staff tea prep areas and bespoke reception/facility desks
- External works included the formation of a level entrance platt to a new ‘out of hours’ entry door to the medical centre
