Description of Works: Retrofit works to an operational primary school to improve insulation properties of the building.
Works included:
- Downtakings including removal of metal crittal windows, timber windows and doors, roof and rainwater systems/ pipework
- Asbestos removal
- Cavity walls and cavity wall insulation
- Replacement of external heating pipework, including controls and insulation
- Aluminium windows including new window boards and cills
- Timber external doors
- Painterwok
- Roofing works included new Bauder total roof system including insulation, rooflights, edge protection system and pvc-u fascia boards
- Ventilation works including ductwork and fans
- Design and installation of photovoltaic panels providing a 27.88 kWp system
