Maxi Construction is currently appointed to several framework agreements for local authority construction works including:

• The City of Edinburgh Council Multi Trade Works: Lot 6 (Works up to £500k) and Lot 7 (£500k-£5m)
• East Lothian Council Construction Works: Lots 4 (£250k-£500k), 5 (£500k-£1m) and 6 (£1m-£2m).
• North Ayrshire Council: 2019/21 Lot 2 – Minor Extensions and Alteration Work Non-Domestic Properties > £100k.
• South Lanarkshire Council: JCT 2016 Framework Agreement for the provision of Minor Works for Estates: Lot 10: Refurbishment
