Frameworks

Maxi Construction secured a place on LHC/Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA)’s Public Buildings Construction and Infrastructure (PB3) Framework in October 2021.

We are appointed to Workstream 1 for new build works up to £2m.  The 4-year framework is available to all local authorities, housing associations and other public sector bodies for the procurement of construction and infrastructure works.
