Description of Works: Procured via the Department for Work and Pensions Fit Out, Refurbishment, Minor Works Framework this project was for phased design and refurbishment works to an operational job centre to provide 1782m² of upgraded office accommodation over 2 floors.

Works included:

• Formation of internal temporary screens
• Downtakings
• Repairs to suspended ceilings
• Fixtures and fittings including tea prep areas with zip taps, toilets, kitchen, furniture and blinds
• Mechanical and electrical works including lighting, power and drainage
• Floor finishes including carpet and vinyl, stairwell treads, risers and nosings
• Painterwork to walls, window sills, doors and skirtings

Community Benefits:

• We upgraded the outdoor play area for Daisy Chain Early Years Project, a local community project for children
