Description of Works: Procured via the Scotland Excel Property Maintenance & Refurbishment Framework, this project was for the refurbishment of the kitchen within an operational primary school.
Works included:
- Downtakings/strip-out
- Drainage
- Partition walls
- New external and internal doors
- Mechanical & electrical works included ventilation, upgrades to power distribution and lighting, data connection, fire alarm and BMS controls
- Suspended ceiling
- Hygienic wall cladding
- Vinyl flooring
- Decoration
