Description of Works: Enabling works for the installation of a modular kitchen/catering unit within an operational primary school facility. The project included close liaison with the modular unit supplier.
Works included:
- Downtakings including removal of existing steel fencing
- Site clearance
- Pad footings and grease separator base
- Drainage
- Incoming utilities including liaising with SPEN for new electricity connection
- Mechanical and electrical installations including power, lighting, alarm systems, CCTV, heating and ventilation
- Installation of a platform lift
- Playground repairs
- 2.4m high security fencing and gates
