Description of Works: Phased refurbishment works to an operational primary school to create nursery accommodation, upgraded toilet facilities and roof replacement.

Works included:

• Downtakings/demolition
• Structural alterations
• Roof replacement works including rooflights, fibre cement cladding, Bauder roof covering, EFTE roof covering and entrance canopy
• Partition walls
• Composite aluminium and timber windows
• Internal timber glazed doorsets
• External glazed doorsets
• Mechanical and electrical installations including power, lighting, data, alarm systems, access control, plumberwork, heating and ventilation
• Plasterboard wall finishes
• Floor finishes including vinyl and carpet
• Ceiling finishes including suspended and plasterboard suspended ceilings
• Painterwork
• New toilet facilities including IPS panels and finishes
• Fixtures and fittings including kitchen area, shelving, coat hooks, bench seating, blinds
• External works included metal fencing and gates.
