Description of Works: This project involved external and internal refurbishment and alterations to an industrial unit within an established industrial estate.

Works included:

• Removal of existing asbestos cement roof sheets and gutters
• New composite insulated roof panels, roof lights and lined gutters
• New skylights in toilet
• New blockwork internal dividing wall and fire rated bulk head along valley gutter
• New glazed external wall
• Installation of new door openings including roller shutter doors and personnel doors
• Repairs to external brick wall
• Mechanical & Electrical works including new gas heating system and electrical controls for roller shutter doors
• New tea prep area
• Refurbishment of front entrance
