Description of Works: Procured via Lot 1.1.4 of the Crown Commercial Service Construction Works & Associated Services Framework, this project was for refurbishment, reconfiguration and fit-out works within the first floor of Building 1 to provide office accommodation.

Works included:

• Formation of internal temporary screens
• Downtakings/demolition
• Partition walls including acoustic upgrades
• Acoustic doors
• Suspended ceilings
• Fixtures and fittings including tea prep areas
• All associated internal finishes including joinerwork, flooring and decoration
• Mechanical & electrical works including lighting, power and ventilation
