Hermitage Primary School

Summary: Extension and alterations to operational primary school.
Description of Works: Construction of a single storey, timber frame extension providing 2 classrooms, a drama room, music room, staff room and toilets together with alterations within the school to provide upgraded staff toilet areas and the formation of a new resource store. External works included an extension to the existing playground, a stepped amphitheatre and retaining walls to the north of the new extension.

- Masonry walls
- Cedar cladding
- M&E installations including power, lighting, alarm and security systems, access control system, heating and ventilation systems.
- Floor, wall and ceiling finishes
Community Benefits Provided
- Our Works Manager provided a Safety Talk to School pupils prior to the works commencing and we provided pencils for all pupils.
- We were represented at the Official Opening of the extension and provided rulers for all the school pupils.
