Description of Works: Replacement fire doors within common areas leading to the fire escape stair within an 18-storey occupied residential tower block.

Works included:

• Removal of existing fire doors including frames, facings, etc
• Asbestos removal
• New structural openings
• Supply and fit new fire doors, frames and fanlights
• Making good works to surrounding finishes
• Painterwork
• Fire stopping works to electrical conduits in stairs and pipes and cables through floors
