Description of Works: Construction of a 355m2 single storey building providing 2 multi-purpose halls, kitchen, café/servery, office accommodation and toilet facilities. The building adjoins operational retail units.

- concrete floor slab
- roof structure clad with Kingspan panelling
- external blockwork cavity walls featuring Kingspan panelling
- aluminium windows and glazed entrance doors
- internal walls and partitions including demountable partitions
- internal doors
- floor finishes including carpet tiles and vinyl
- wall and ceiling finishes including suspended ceilings and plasterboard ceilings
- mechanical and electrical installations including heating, power, photo voltaic panels on the roof, lighting, data, AV, security systems and ventilation
- fixtures and fittings including cafe/servery fit-out and toilet facilities
- external works including ramped access
