Description of Works: Refurbishment and fit-out works to part of the Stewart’s Melville College Grandstand at Inverleith Playing Fields to provide upgraded changing facilities.

Works included:

• Downtakings/strip-out
• New timber flooring and handrail to attic space
• New ceiling structure including plasterboard and suspended ceilings
• New internal doors
• Refurbishment of shower and toilet facilities
• Mechanical and electrical works including new water supply and storage tanks, replacement of existing gas pipe, heating, ventilation, power, lighting, data and security systems
• Painterwork
