Description of Works:

External and internal refurbishment of an existing nursery building to provide an upgraded nursery/early years facility.

Works included:

• Downtakings including strip out of existing mechanical & electrical services
• Roof repairs
• Reconfiguration of the building layout
• Mechanical and electrical installations including power, lighting, data, access control, alarm systems, heating and ventilation
• Plasterboard walls and ceilings
• Floor finishes including carpet tiles and vinyl
• Painterwork
• Fixtures and fittings including a production kitchen and toilets
• External works including hard and soft landscaping and fencing.
