Summary: Design and construction of steel-frame business units for East Lothian Council.

Description of Works: Design and construction of 7 new business units for East Lothian Council providing 590m2 of warehouse and office facilities.

The steel-frame buildings featuring facing brickwork, Kingspan insulated wall and roof cladding.  External works included access roads, car parking and hard and soft landscaping.

Community Benefits

  • School visit and presentation/workshop to YES programme participants in East Lothian providing an overview of the project and construction industry careers talk.
