Summary: Construction of a 200m² timber frame nursery

Description of Works: Construction of a 200m² timber frame nursery within the grounds of an operational primary school. The nursery includes playrooms, toilets, kitchen, staff room and external courtyard areas.

• Structural timber kit
• Timber wall cladding, facing brick walls and metal composite roof cladding
• Curtain walling
• Rooflights
• Aluminium windows and sliding doors
• Stud partition walls
• Internal glazed screens
• Plasterboard and suspended ceilings
• Internal doors
• Mechanical and electrical works included underfloor heating, ventilation, power, lighting, data, security and alarm systems, pv panels and Building Management System
• Vinyl flooring
• Hygienic wall cladding
• Painterwork
• Fixtures and fittings including kitchen, toilets, reception desk, workstation, shelving, cloak room furniture and blinds
• External works included hard and soft landscaping including playground, paving, fencing and grass
