Description of Works: Construction of a 260m² extension to an operational primary school to provide 2 classrooms and a multi-purpose room together with alterations to the existing school.

• Relocatable internal partition system

• Hygienic wall cladding
• Floor finishes including carpet tiles, vinyl and Gerflor vinyl sports flooring
• Suspended plasterboard ceilings and grid suspended ceiling system
• Mechanical and electrical works included heating, ventilation, power, lighting, data, security and alarm systems
• Fixtures and fittings including toilets, accessible toilet, storage, shelving cloak room furniture and blinds
• Alteration works to the existing school included downtakings, metal stud partition walls, timber doorsets, plasterwork, painterwork, carpet tiles and vinyl flooring, fixtures and fittings including toilet and kitchen facilities and associated M&E works.
• External works included hard and soft landscaping including car park area, paving, woodchip surfaces, turfing, fencing, trees and shrubs, log seats, raingarden, bridges and play equipment
