Summary: Alterations to the existing automotive area canopy to form an enclosed workshop area
Description of Works: Procured via Lot 1.1.4 of the Crown Commercial Service Construction Works & Associated Services Framework, this project was for alterations to the existing automotive area canopy to form an enclosed area.
Works included:
- Downtaking existing fencing
- Blcokwork walls
- Structural Framing System (SFS)
- Profile metal cladding
- Tanking and damproofing
- Wall linings
- Design, manufacture and installation of aluminium framed window system
- External metal doors and roller shutter doors
- Galvanised steel fencing
- Mechanical and electrical works including lighting, small power, data, fire alarm system and ventilation
- Alterations to provide ramp access into the motor vehicle area
- Floor painting
