Description of Works: Phased alteration and refurbishment works to part of an existing 2-storey office building, within Livingston town centre, to provide approximately 1600m² of upgraded office accommodation.

Works included:

• Downtakings and strip-out
• Structural alterations
• Basement tanking
• Partition walls
• Internal doors, doorsets and glazed screens
• Contractor designed mechanical and electrical works including lift installation, replacement heating, ventilation, power, lighting, security systems, data installations and public address system
• Flooring including raised access floors, carpet tiles and vinyl
• Suspended ceilings
• Plasterwork and painterwork
• Fit-out works including reception desk, kitchen and toilet facilities
• External works including fencing.
