Summary: Alteration and refurbishment works to units within a live retail park.
Description of Works: The project was for the reconfiguration and alteration of Unit 1A, over-cladding existing facades of Units 2-5, internal subdivision of Unit 3 and associated external works, within the live retail park.
Works included:
- Demolition/strip-out
- Structural alterations and repairs
- Brickwork walls
- Structural steelwork
- Metal cladding including feature anodised cladding
- Shop fronts including signage, door systems and curtain walling systems
- Decoration
- External works including drainage and hard landscaping
