Description of Works: The project was for the reconfiguration and alteration of Unit 1A, over-cladding existing facades of Units 2-5, internal subdivision of Unit 3 and associated external works, within the live retail park.

Works included:

• Demolition/strip-out
• Structural alterations and repairs
• Brickwork walls
• Structural steelwork
• Metal cladding including feature anodised cladding
• Shop fronts including signage, door systems and curtain walling systems
• Decoration
• External works including drainage and hard landscaping
