Maxi secures over £6m contract awards in Q1 2025

Maxi Construction has been awarded 9 contracts totaling over £6m in the first quarter of 2025.

Projects include 4 job centre refurbishments for the Department for Work and Pensions, external and internal refurbishment of Cedar House student accommodation in Kirkcaldy for NHS Fife and roof and window replacement at Lanark Library for South Lanarkshire Council.

Works to the Category B listed Lanark Library (Lindsay Institute) include repairs to the timber roof structure, stripping and reslating the roof, masonry repairs and repairs to sash and case windows.
