Maxi awarded Caledonian Court refurbishment project

Maxi Construction has been awarded a £1.3m contract from Glasgow Caledonian University for refurbishment works at their city-centre student accommodation site, Caledonian Court.

The fast-track project for the refurbishment of 3 blocks of student accommodation includes new kitchen and bathroom facilities, M&E installations including upgraded energy efficient heating, door refurbishment, floor, wall and ceiling finishes and furniture.

John Aitchison, Maxi Construction’s Managing Director, commented “We are delighted to be working with Glasgow Caledonian University to deliver upgraded student accommodation facilities for the university and their students.”
