Maxi awarded £5.5m Edinburgh Housing Refurbishment projects

Maxi Construction has been awarded 2 contracts from The City of Edinburgh Council for upgrade and refurbishment works to housing properties, valued at over £5.5m.

Common stair upgrade works involve door and window replacement, electric and lighting, floor, wall and ceiling upgrades and decoration to 124 properties throughout the city.

A refurbishment project at Belmont Road includes roof re-slating, external wall repointing, servicing of sash and case windows, internal wall insulation, kitchen and bathroom upgrades and decoration.

Both of these projects will start in early 2024.
