Dundee Civic Trust Award

District 10 Dundee received a Commendation from Dundee Civic Trust for “its outstanding contribution to the townscape of Dundee” at a recent awards ceremony.

The 3-storey building, designed by aim, provides approximately 950 sq m of office accommodation.  Constructed from recycled shipping containers with heavily insulated and sealed wall, roof and floor linings the building includes a central steel self-supported stairwell, lift and flat roof with photovoltaic bank.
