Maxi Construction has been awarded a contract for alteration works to 2 buildings within West Lothian College in Livingston. This is the company’s 4th contract award for the College over the past 2 years, procured via the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Construction Works and Associated Services Framework.
Alterations within Building 2 will provide new teaching and workshop space within the joinery workshop and the creation of a break-out area within the motor vehicle workshop. Building 5 will undergo alterations to provide teaching space, a hair salon and flexible workspace.

The project team includes Client West Lothian College, Project Manager and Cost Consultant Campbell Martin Associates and Architect McGinlay Bell.
Maxi Construction is appointed to Lot 1.1.4 of the CCS Construction Works and Associated Services Framework for Building Works up to £3m throughout Scotland.
