Train with Maxi Construction

An Annual Training Plan is established identifying training required throughout the year for each member of staff. Any additional training needs which arise throughout the year are incorporated into the Plan.

Staff members are actively encouraged to identify and pursue any training schemes/ workshops relevant to their positions within the Company (Continuous Professional Development (CPD)). Training is provided both internally and externally by relevant training bodies.
